Our case management team is consistently updating cases so that your case is touched at least every three days. Not only will you receive correspondence directly from your case manager with updates, but you will also receive a Weekly Status Report providing an overview of each of your current pending cases. If you'd like to check your case or client info at your own convenience, you now have the ability to access this information anytime, from any device by using our Smart Office system.
